Description: Position Summary
To carry out skilled maintenance and repairs on AC plant and equipment without full time supervision and direction

Job Description:
To carry out repairs, maintenance and installation to all related plant and equipment.
To complete work orders, PPM schedules as directed.
To select correct materials to undertake repairs and maintenance.
To organize work in a skilled and professional manner.
To advise supervisors promptly of any problems or failures.
Work in a safe manner and ensure work areas are kept clear and tidy.
Work on own initiative without full detailed supervision or direction.
Request support and direction if required.
Use mechanical test equipment and instruments.
Perform other duties that management may from time to time require.
Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Department policies, processes and procedures

Required

Central Air conditioning Technician
minimum 5 yrs Experience
Holding Valid UAE. Driving License
Any Nationality

Requirements: *Special Requirements:*

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, ideally in the UAE or similar climate conditions.
- Certification in HVAC technology or related field (e.g., EPA Certification, relevant diplomas).
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including central heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, refrigerants, and energy efficiency practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging environments.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
