- We are in need of HVAC Technician on an immediate basis.
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Requirements
- Work may require using ladders or scaffolding. The mechanic must assume awkward and cramped
positions to reach parts of the unit(s) during installation, servicing and maintenance.
Must work wherever the equipment/systems are located, on rooftops, outdoors, inside office
buildings or mechanical rooms
