- Description
- 1. Install, inspect, maintain and repair chilled water and direct expansion air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilating systems, equipment and controls, including FCUs, AHUs, pilots, relays, coils, thermostats, heating and condensate piping, valves, compressors, evaporators, fans, dampers, vents, blowers, pumps, motors, switches, gauges and traps together with the connecting of ductwork, refrigerant lines and electric power supplies.
Perform regular predictive and breakdown maintenance work.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions and rectify.
Make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors, etc.
- Requirements
- Candidates should be well versed with all HVAC works in MEP field
Those on visit visa / who can join immediately upon selection will get preference over others.
