Description: Have an experience as Fit- out Site Supervisor
• Liaising with external stakeholders including architects, engineers, project managers and clients
• Day to day management of sub-contractors
• Building relationships with building managers, suppliers, leasing managers
• Ability to work in high stress situations
• Decision making, to create action
• Ability to prioritize tasks – well organized
• Day to day management of sub-contractors
• Building relationships with building managers, suppliers, leasing managers
• Ability to work in high stress situations
• Decision making, to create action
• Ability to prioritize tasks – well organized
• Trouble shooting in high pressure environment
• Experience in building and leading teams.
• Fact based decision making
• Managing the project schedule and raising any issues with the PM
• Ensure is effectively implemented and managed at each site
• Ensure transition of projects from construction phase to Service Contracts
• Manage and report to relevant client contacts
• Manage major sub-contractor relationships
• Site responsibility (prefer remote environment)
• Managed service / maintenance operation in major infrastructure environment
• Continuous improvement in service/maintenance process

Requirements: Experience: 2 - 3 years; Experience in UAE is an advantage; UAE driving license required
