Description: Required Position: Plant Supervisor with Steel Industry Experienced

Job Description:
• Must have previous experience in Steel Industry
• Assist Plant Manager in preparing shift schedules and resource allocation for plant
• Oversee and manage grievances of all the plant workers
• Performance appraisal process for leadmen
• Ensure the quality standards set by the company are adhered to
• Assist Plant Manager in monitoring and tracking costs of Plant department
• Ensure the production scheduled is followed and report any slippages to Plant Manager
• Control work operations in such a manner that work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Continually improve the department’s performance in areas of safety, quality, cost, on time delivery and environment issues.
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Civil/Mechanical/Production Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in activity being supervised
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• IOSH managing safely
• Crane driving and lifting Training
• Good Interpersonal skills & basic IT skills
