Menu: Assisting in menu planning and development
Marketing: Assisting in marketing and promotional activities
Financial records: Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
Operational issues: Addressing any operational issues promptly
Business goals: Supporting the cafe manager in achieving business goals
A coffee shop supervisor should have proven experience in hospitality or food service management, preferably within a coffee shop
