Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our Team!

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Generate and qualify leads from cold calling customers to introduce real estate projects and offer to them
Contacting potential clients in the UAE and other countries using the data provided to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
Provide brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

Well-versed in speaking and writing in Arabic & English and other languages, with a clear and concise accent.
Experience in customer service/call center - preferably in Real Estate, but not required.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Results-driven, persistent, and excellent time management
