Description
As “Real Estate Agent”, responsibilities (but not limited to) would be as follows:
A. Clients & Leads Follow-Up & Generating, & follow-up clients for viewing and finalizing the deal.
B. Collect property details that are for lease or sale and confirm them after a site visit to the property.
C. Managing Advertisement Portals such as: Property Finder, website, and others.
D. Update properties listed online on: Property Finder – Website and other.
E. Submit a daily report to management as of all deals and inquires status.
F. Other Daily Agent Duties & Any other inquires submitted by management.
G. Any other duties that related to this Designation or Assigned by Management.

Requirements
· Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and promote our services
· Identify and qualify potential clients
· Conduct sales presentations and close deals
· Build and maintain relationships with clients
· Track and report on sales performance
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Desired Candidate Profile
· 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
· Strong understanding of the Real Estate ,Business centers, Office spaces, Business and Mortgage loans, and Virtual ejari, Business Setup, Pro Services Etc
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
