Description: • He will be working as WAREHOUSE DELIVERY LOGISTIC AND DISPATCH ASSOCIATE.
• Prepares daily driver schedules and set up delivery location.
• Helps to manage the delivery of products of the company to customer locations.
• He must be aware of all stock and inventory at all times.
• He will arrange vehicles and driver schedules for delivery. Manage timely delivery. Control and Monitor delivery team at all times.
• Coordinating driver activities in order to maximize transport and customer service.

Requirements: Experience: 3 years; Bachelor degree; • Planning and dispatching pick-up and delivery
• Stock management is necessary
• Organization of timetables and travel – for Drivers
• Transmission of guidelines to drivers (Instructions, Documents, Proper location and etc.)
• Communication to Customers and Sales team
• Control of vehicle / driver’s travel in relations to external constraints (Roadworks, and, Weather Conditions etc.)
• Inclusions of regulatory elements (driver time, prohibited traffic times and etc)
• Coordination of relations between the client, the supplier (local) and the driver
• Minimizing of drivers waiting time
• Optimization and synchronization of transport operations
• Trouble-Shooting
• Cost control (fuels, maintenance of vehicles) / Pricing Negotiation)
• Administrative management (reports, and etc)
• Knowledge of regulations in the transport of goods- product, materials and items.

Provisions: Salary: AED 3,500; Employment visa provided; Transportation provided; Medical insurance provided
