Description: Depending on the location where they work, Florists may create made-to-order arrangements based on a pre-existing catalog or unique displays that bring customer wishes to life. In either environment, Florists must have an artistic and creative eye and understand how plants and flowers may work when placed together. Some tasks and duties Florists may also handle include:

Advising customers about floral options based on budgets and other factors

Educating clients about the meaning or traditions related to certain flowers chosen for an arrangement

Taking orders and arranging deliveries of arrangements

Setting up displays for businesses or events

Packing and protecting arrangements and other floral items for transport

Purchasing and caring for flowers, greenery and other foliage required for future arrangements

Requirements: We’re currently looking for a minimum of 3 years of experienced FLORIST who has good knowledge about various types of floral arrangements and designs.
The candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner.

Prerequisites:

Advanced knowledge of fresh floral product and design technique.

Excellent customer service skills.

Flexibility, punctuality, teamwork and Cleanliness.

Ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
