A flower shop in Al Shahama city, Abu Dhabi is looking for a well-experienced florist/floral designer, with knowledge/experience in gift arrangements, gift wrapping , Beautiful bouquets, gift boxes, sweets, party and event arrangements.
Job Key Details:
Candidate: • Receive customers, handle their questions and assist them with the selection of the products required and services • Should provide advice to customers concerning the care, maintenance and handling of floral arrangements • Make sure products not meeting the established quality standards are removed • Organize daily work plans and logistical arrangements for delivery • Handle inventory and track items in and out of storage area • Responsible for inventory management and quality control through ensuring quality required is maintained • Have great customer service, helpful, respectful and good communication skills are important • Can maintain a high level of cleanliness and organizations of the shop alongside having good time management.
Skills and Competencies
•Good command of written and spoken English •knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage •Good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision making skills •Ability to acquire and apply new skills •Creativity and ability to think on the “fringe” of the box •Ability to work in an agile environment and deal with uncertainty •Flexible and able to work under pressure •Respect and maintain a high level confidentiality •Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work •Advance level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions •Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing •Drive and self-motivation are key aspects of the role
