Description: Job Purpose

To provide professional Health, Safety and Environmental support and advice to the HSE, Rig and Well Operations Support departments, encompassing drilling rig crews, contractors, and other 3rd party service companies. Act as principal point of contact on HSE and Emergency Response matters for the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM). Ensure full implementation of Company HSE management system, bridging document, and regulatory authority standards on offshore rig installation. Monitor compliance through regular inspections, audits, and meetings.

1. Act as focal point for HSE communication between Production, HSE and Rig and Well Operations Support departments.

2. Facilitate and provide guidance on risk assessments and investigations of near misses, accidents and incidents where required. Participate in the investigation process when required.

3. Participate in and provide advice on rig moves.

4. Provide specialist assurance and advice as required on compliance with the HSE Management System and HSE procedures, protocols and guidelines.

5. Review and identify improvements to working procedures and methods of working to reflect good oilfield practice.

Requirements: Relevant experience heavy constructions safety in the field of oil, gas, refinery and petrochemical industry.
• Develop and implement Health & Safety plans, procedures, training programs and all related documents.
• Conduct Periodic Audits to assure site staff is complying with all aspects of the Health & Safety Plan’s and Procedures. These audits will be documented in writing and closed out with evidence of the corrective actions taken to remove the hazard.
