Description
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front- desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in- person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings, and prepare vouchers
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Salary 2,500/- to 3,000/-, 05 Days working, Annual Leave, Health Insurance, visa provided by company all other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
Requirements
Excellent computer skills and social media skills will also be necessary. Prior experience in a clinic or hospital in the UAE is desirable but not mandatory. Call center experience is also desirable
