Blue Collection Real Estate is looking for competent & experienced Russian-speaking Admin Officer to provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company.

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new techniques.
Monitoring every department.
Able to write reports and presentations
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work with staff across multiple departments
Problem Solving
Passionate and Active mind.
Ability to work with CIS team or Russian speaking team
Education and Experience Requirements

1-2 years of administrative assistant experience
Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft office, CRM and converting files to different formats.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Russian and English languages;

Requirements
Qualifications for Office Assistant:

1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.

2. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently

3. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

4. Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

5. Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
