Description
Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management. Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence. Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company. Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
Requirements
Education and Experience:

-High School Diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in administrative management.
-Must have experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
-Must have analytical skills, as evidenced by being able to think through problems, along with some proven decision-making abilities.
-Must have leadership ability, as evidenced by leadership roles through school and/or work experience.
-Must be proficient in handling routine and confidential correspondences.
-Must have good written and verbal communication skills.-
Must be highly organized and able to work independently on varies tasks.
