Description
A call center administrators primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a call center, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. This includes managing staff, resources, technology, and budgets, as well as maintaining communication with other departments. They are essentially the bridge between the technical aspects of the call center and the agents who interact with customers.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
More education or experience in a related field may be preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
