Managing office supplies: Checking inventory, working with vendors, and placing orders
Scheduling meetings: Coordinating schedules and arranging meetings
Managing company documents: Sorting, filing, and delivering office memos, mail, or other documents
Answering queries: Providing support to employees and clients by answering their queries and handling complaints
Maintaining confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
Operating office equipment: Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary
Preparing reports: Preparing reports on expenses and office budgets
Updating company databases: Maintaining and updating company databases
