Description
An administrative assistant, or admin assistant, in a hotel can have many responsibilities, including:
Correspondence: Distributing and dispatching letters, invoices, packages, and other correspondence
Meetings: Assisting with meeting room bookings, planning meetings, and taking detailed minutes
Reception: Managing the reception counter and greeting visitors
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
Ability to reconcile counts to report data./ Accounting
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Database management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and report.
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Knowledge on Computer Skill.
Manage Multiple telephone calls
Hardworking/ work oriented
