- Organising filing systems and updating office databases. Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks. Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for staff members. Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms
- Requirements
- This is purely an admin position. No previous experience required except should be willing to learn new skills. Must have excellent written and verbal English language skills and be computer literate. Part-time candidates considered. Any nationality.
