Description
SUMMARY:
The Production Manager role will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all work scopes that require workshop operations involvement as well as managing of Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental standards (QHSE). The role will be the focal point between the Workshop, Sales, Project & Engineering teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and schedule all work scopes that require workshop operations involvement, this includes:
o Actuation work scopes.
o Testing activities.
o Witness inspection activities.
o Any other activities that require workshop input.
• Be responsible for collating all equipment and components for each specific job, in preparation for workshop activities to commence.
• Procurement of mounting kits, control systems and associated components.
• Is the focal point between the Sales, Project, Engineering and the Workshop.
• Liaise with vendors to organise and plan external scopes as per below:
o Painting / Coating activities (items that are to be painted at OEM are not included).
o NDE inspection activities.
o Any other external activities out with HSP capabilities.
• Assist with final Goods Outwards inspections to ensure equipment is as per PO.
• Liaise with Project Engineer to ensure workshop schedules are current and identify delays / issues to plan accordingly and inform the relevant parties, i.e the Project Managers / Sales Person.
• Accountable for the total production plan in VAC facility against contractual delivery dates.
• Conduct weekly production planning meetings with the required Project & Commercial Lead.
• Conducting QHSE Monthly Inspections
• Manage external audits on behalf of the company reporting back to the Group Engineering Manager & QHSE Manager
• Raise, maintain and track progression of Dubai specific NCR’s and report monthly to Group Engineering Manager
• Focal point for clients and suppliers for all QHSE related project issues ensuring resolution.
• Responsible for management of Dubai specific insurance claims for damaged material.
• Maintaining Calibration Schedule in line with both the Company and JAFZA requirements
• Maintaining Equipment Preventative Maintenance Schedule in line with both the Company and JAFZA requirements
• Update of Monthly QHSE Statistics
• Lead and record all QHSE observation cards for the Middle East Business.
• Any other ad hoc duties as requested.

Requirements
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Experience in UAE is an advantage
Bachelor Degree required
English required
UAE driving license is an advantage
