- We are in need of Operations Manager with thorough experience in Quick Restaurant Service and Outlets.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for smoothly organization of the entire daily operations
Execute Interviews with potential future candidates
Evaluate yearly appraisal with all operation staff
Ensure that all Managers, Supervisors etc. receive regular feedback on performance
Recommend and announce promotions for operations staff and ensure employee development
Provide operations staff with full information that is requires to successfully execute an event or contract
Ensure that internal feedback is provided by responsible staff after each function or a weekly feedback for contracts.
Ensure that all operations staff receives training that is necessary to fulfill their duties properly.
Provide new staff with an immediate orientation and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Organize individual training schedule for cross trainings for other departments
Proper follow up management on all assigned tasks and proactively report back to Dir of Operations
Coordination with Transport Manager to ensure daily transportation cycle.
Set up regular internal operations meetings with key staff of the team
Employee should pro-actively work on new ideas, develop new procedures and policies
Employee is required to work commercially efficient and ensure companies always interests
Complaint Management: Handling of all guest & client complaints and ensuring their satisfaction.
Mobilization and demobilization
New projects planning and milestone expert
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Hospitality or Tourism
Minimum of 5 years in a Management Position or similar job
