Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and capable Duty Manager to join our hotel team. This pivotal role involves overseeing various aspects of daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the hotel. The Duty Manager will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:

Guest Services: Ensuring exemplary customer service by overseeing the reception and front desk operations, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

Staff Supervision: Managing and coordinating the activities of hotel staff during shifts, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and security, to maintain a high level of efficiency.

Emergency Response: Acting as a point of contact in case of emergencies, implementing emergency procedures, and liaising with relevant authorities when necessary.

Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving guest concerns, complaints, or special requests, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Security Management: Overseeing security protocols and ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property, while also collaborating with security personnel.

Operational Support: Assisting in the day-to-day operational aspects of the hotel, including coordinating with different departments to optimize efficiency.

Financial Accountability: Monitoring and managing financial transactions during the shift, such as processing payments and handling cash reconciliation.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Shift Handovers: Conducting comprehensive shift handovers to communicate relevant information to the next Duty Manager or team members.

Collaboration: Collaborating with other managers and department heads to maintain a cohesive and well-functioning team, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
