Description: Carry out regular inspection of the accommodation, common areas, dining area, stores (dry and cold rooms) in order to ensure that the required standards are met
Ensuring tight security within the camp & premises with the help of security officers
Allocation & appropriate reallocation of rooms / bedspace(s)
Manage effectively the staff working at camp
Supervise and train the camp staff to be in line with the rules of HSE, food hygiene and safety, DHA & DM etc.
Responsible for ensuring a minimum stock / quantity of materials required for the day to day operation of camp & 9leaning item(s).
Ensure that housekeeping of the accommodation is being carried out in line with the required standards of the local bodies / authorities
Monitoring the PPM & breakdown pertaining to MEP / HVAC
Keep a record of administrative documents / forms in accordance with the Municipality / local administration and Company requirements
Manage effectively the staff working at camp
Responsible for operational activities in the camp and ensuring the daily good management of the location and effective cleaning of entire camp and premises in accordance with the food Hygiene and Safety rules
Provide relevant daily, weekly & monthly reports appropriately
Ensure general discipline in camp

Requirements: Experience: 3 years minimum; Experience in UAE required; Bachelor Degree is an advantage; UAE driving license is an advantage; Filipino preferred; Male preferred
