Description
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1. Export invoice, packing list and certificate of origin preparation.
2. Chamber of Commerce documentations.
3. Applying Certificate of origin in Chamber of Commerce.
4. Sound Knowledge and Execution Letter Of Credit Documentations.
5. Applying Import/ Export marine insurances.
6. Arranging various inspections and certifications based on the export country requirements.
7. Preparation of customer’s bank documents for export.
8. Liaise with banks and customers to resolve any discrepancies in LC documents. Shipping Documentation
9. Verify, revise, and release Bill of Lading (BL) based on customer feedback and account status. Manage document dispatch and maintain the Shipment Log Sheet.Key Performance Indicators


Key Performance Indicators :
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
2. Timely Submission of Complete Set of Trade Documents to Sales Team/ Customers/
3. Prepare accurate and timely shipping documents for as per Customers Country Requirements through designated banks.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless document preparation.


Requirements
Education
 Must have a degree in relevant Engineering course.

Knowledge
 Thorough understanding of the Rolling Mill operations.
 Thorough understanding of the International Standards pertaining to Rolling Mill, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.

Skills
 Must have minimum 10 years experience in Finance Department
 Proficient in English language, both oral and written
 Computer literate.
 Analytical.
