Description: We are exclusively seeking to recruit a 3D Visualizer for our company, one of the leading Engineering Consultancy in Dubai. Due to increased workload, we are growing our successful team and would like to hear from suitably experienced professionals.
Ideally we are looking for an experienced 3D Visualizer who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in total with at least 3 years in the UAE. The role of a 3D visualizer involves the following minimum duties:
1) Architect with Minimum 10 years of experience. Minimum 3 years in UAE as a preference.
2) Experienced in concept design presentation. Photoshop skills.
3) Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize design projects
4) Presentation skills. Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
5) Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
6) Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer generated imagery)
7) Working with industry-standard design tools and programs.
8) Skills in Graphic design: Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
9) Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances.
10) Revit experience is a preference.
