Description: Key Responsibilities:

System Monitoring: Continuously monitor computer systems and network devices to ensure they are running smoothly.

Data Entry: Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Backup and Recovery: Perform routine data backups and assist in data recovery procedures in case of system failures.

Hardware Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware components, including printers, servers, and peripherals.

Software Operations: Execute scheduled jobs and batch processes, including system updates and software installations.

User Support: Provide basic technical support to end-users by resolving issues related to software, hardware, and system access.

Documentation: Maintain records of computer operations, including job logs, error reports, and maintenance records.

Security Compliance: Follow established security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure the security of computer systems.

Reporting: Generate reports on system performance and issues, and communicate findings to the IT team or management.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly to system alerts and escalate issues to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
