- Advertise job openings and source potential candidates from various online channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone and in-person)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to manager
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Assist new hires and help them onboard
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Requirements
- With a 2 years minimum experience in recruitment
>can handle pressure
>can work in minimum supervision
>knowledgeable in Microsoft Office / especially Excel and word
>good communication skills written and verbal
>flexible and multi tasking
>good in correspondence
>visit or cancelled visa - can join immediately
