Description: A Urology Consultant is a medical specialist responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system in both male and female patients, including a wide range of urological disorders and surgeries. Key responsibilities include managing inpatient and outpatient care, performing specialized procedures, supervising junior medical staff, participating in on-call rotations and emergency care, and contributing to continuous quality improvement and research initiatives.

Requirements: A Medical degree and the successful completion of a residency and fellowship in urology.
A state license and certification to practice urology.
The ability to keep updated on the latest medical technologies.
The flexibility to work irregular hours and remain on emergency call.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good teamworking, leadership, and organizational skills.
