Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant General Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be entrusted with delivering high-quality surgical care to patients, performing a variety of surgical procedures, and ensuring their comprehensive care throughout the surgical journey. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes and advancing our commitment to surgical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patients for surgical interventions
Execute a range of general surgeries, employing safe and effective surgical techniques
Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring appropriate recovery plans
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient treatment strategies
Provide clear explanations to patients and their families about procedures, risks, and recovery?
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay informed about the latest surgical advancements
Document all patient interactions and surgical procedures accurately within the medical records
Engage in quality assurance programs to improve surgical practices and patient safety

Requirements: Experience: 3 years; Masters degree; Requirements

Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent qualification from an accredited medical school
Completion of a General Surgery residency program
Board certification in General Surgery required
A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a consultant role
Thorough knowledge and proficiency in a broad spectrum of general surgical procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
Commitment to continuous learning and excellence in patient care
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
