Description: A Speech Therapist, also known as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), assesses individuals with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties, develops personalized treatment plans, and delivers therapy sessions to improve communication abilities by teaching proper articulation, voice control, fluency, and swallowing techniques; they collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educate patients and their families on communication strategies and management techniques.

Requirements: Masters degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology.
Relevant license and certification.
Experience with certain disorders and age groups may be required.
Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.
Familiarity with database management software.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
