Description: Position: Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. As a leading mental health institution, we provide comprehensive and personalized treatment to individuals struggling with mental health issues. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in psychiatry and a genuine passion for helping people. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert psychiatric care to our patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including interviews and mental status examinations, to determine diagnosis and treatment plan

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients

- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications as needed

- Conduct therapy sessions and provide counseling to patients

- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options

- Attend team meetings and provide input on patient care

- Stay current on the latest research, treatments, and developments in the field of psychiatry

Requirements: ● Current and valid board certification in psychiatry
● Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an approved psychiatric residency
● Licensed to practice medicine in the country/state of practice
● Excellent knowledge and familiarity with current specialty developments
