Job Description:
As a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing surgical expertise and outstanding care to our patients. You will work alongside our team of experienced surgeons and support staff to ensure the highest standard of plastic surgery procedures and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with patients to understand their needs and goals for plastic surgery procedures
- Perform surgical procedures, including reconstructive, cosmetic and corrective surgeries, with precision and attention to detail
- Create individualized treatment plans for each patient, taking into consideration their medical history and desired outcomes
- Work collaboratively with other surgeons and medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques and advancements in the field of plastic surgery
- Educate patients on post-operative care and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal results
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines in the practice of plastic surgery
- Requirements
- Experience: 3 years
- Masters degree
- Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Board certification in plastic surgery
- Minimum experience of 5 years in a plastic surgery setting
- Proven track record of successful plastic surgery procedures and patient satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients
- Strong attention to detail and precision in surgical techniques
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
