Description: We are looking for a skilled physical therapy technician to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with helping our physical therapists provide better care to their patients. Your responsibilities will include helping patients move around the facility, sanitizing treatment areas, and supporting the physical therapist while they guide patients through exercises.

Some of your tasks will also be administrative in nature. For example, you will be asked to help patients fill out insurance forms. You will also answer phone calls, schedule new appointments, and track the progress of our patients in their files.

To do well in this role, you will need to have some basic familiarity with what a physical therapist does. You should also be physically capable of lifting and moving patients who aren’t able to do so themselves. Finally, you should also have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Physiotherapy Technician responsibilities:

-Guide patients through exercises that the physical therapist has prescribed
-Observe patients during treatment and keep track of their progress in their files
-Help patients who are unable to do so themselves move around the facility
-Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
-Help patients complete paperwork
-Help us order new supplies and maintain our inventory

Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
Previous clinical experience and on-the-job training may be advantageous.
Willingness to adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patients privacy.
Good computer skills.
