- Description
- Lead and manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to ensure a competent and motivated team. Develop and manage the department budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality patient care.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Requirements
- • BSc in Pharmacy.
• Current/Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum of seven(7) years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Accreditation Practices (e.g., , JCIA)
