- A Pharmacovigilance Officer is primarily responsible for monitoring, assessing, and reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and other safety concerns related to pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding public health. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing adverse event data, preparing and submitting safety reports to regulatory authorities, signal detection, risk-benefit analysis, developing Risk Management Plans (RMPs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
