Major Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients utilizing physical examinations and diagnostic imaging.
Design and execute individualized treatment plans that include both surgical interventions and non-surgical management.
Conduct a variety of orthopedic surgeries, including joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, and trauma procedures.
Oversee and manage the postoperative care and rehabilitation of patients to ensure optimal recovery.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and improve outcomes.
Engage in patient and family education regarding orthopedic conditions and treatment options.
Participate in ongoing educational opportunities and stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards.
