Description: Evaluate and diagnose spinal disorders and injuries through patient history, physical examination, and diagnostic imaging.
Perform surgical procedures such as spinal fusion, discectomy, laminectomy, and minimally invasive spine surgery.
Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate surgical risks, benefits, and alternatives to patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide postoperative care, monitor patient recovery, and manage complications effectively.
Educate patients and families about spinal conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of surgical procedures and outcomes.
Stay current with advancements in spinal surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
4 to 7 years’ internship and residency training, specializing in orthopedic surgery.
Valid and active medical license in the state you wish to practice.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
Wonderful bedside manner.
