- Diagnose and treat spinal conditions, injuries, and deformities. Perform complex surgical procedures such as spinal fusions and discectomies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
4 to 7 years’ internship and residency training, specializing in orthopedic surgery.
