Description: Assess patients: Observe, record, and evaluate patients symptoms, reactions, and progress
Administer medications: Give patients prescribed medications and other treatments
Monitor patients: Check vital signs and monitor patients recovery
Update patient records: Record a patients medical history, symptoms, and vitals in their chart
Collaborate with other professionals: Work with doctors to create treatment plans and exams
Educate patients: Help patients understand their condition and how to promote their health
Protect patient rights: Advocate for patients rights
Perform medical tasks: Draw blood, apply sterile dressings, and perform other medical procedures
Support patients families: Help families understand their patients condition and adapt to it
Nurses can work in hospitals, at home, or in other settings. They need to be caring, compassionate, and able to deal with stressful situations

Requirements: Proven work experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication
Ability to carefully read and follow directions
Flexibility in work duties and schedule
Good teamwork skills
Ability to lift and move patients
Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge
