Description: The responsibility of the position includes:

Assist all employees in medical and health related issues
Provide accurate advice and help for all employees in health and sickness situations
Provide accurate statistics and reports to the Human Resources Team on all health related matters on monthly basis
Escort employees to hospital visits and treatments when necessary
Provide the Director of Talent & Culture with accurate statements regarding employees health
Ensure that all health related legislation is continuously and accurately adhered to in the hotel
Ensure that a sufficient and updated list of First Aiders is present in each department at any given time
Responsible for the reimbursements of all hospital and medical visits of employees
Assist in setting up wellness programs for the hotel
Co-organize employees events, social activities and recognition for employees.

Requirements: Bachelor degree or master degree in nursing.
Pass the National Council Licensure Examination or NCLEX-RN.
Current state licensure as a registered nurse and BLS certification required.
ACLS certification
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff.
Basic computer skills.
