Description: A Nurse Assistant, also known as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), provides basic care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN), assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility, while monitoring patient vital signs, reporting any changes in condition, and offering emotional support as needed; essentially acting as a key link between patients and the medical team to ensure quality care.
