The Consultant Neurologist is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with neurological disorders. They will conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans. The Consultant Neurologist will also participate in research and educational activities and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough neurological evaluations, including examination of reflexes, motor skills, and cognitive function.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as EEGs, brain imaging, and nerve conduction studies.
• Diagnose and treat neurological conditions, such as epilepsy, stroke, and multiple sclerosis.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, which may include medications, physical therapy, or surgical interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on neurological conditions, treatment options, and disease management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as neurosurgeons and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in research and educational activities to advance neurological knowledge and practice.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in neurological treatment modalities.

Requirements: Degree in medicine or osteopathy (essential).
Accreditation with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
3 years of specialty training in an accredited neurology residency program (essential).
Current state medical license and Federal DEA license (essential).
Completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (essential).
3 years of experience practicing as a Neurologist.
Fantastic counseling and listening skills.
Superb organizational and time management skills.
