- Laboratory preparation: Setting up experiments, preparing test samples, and sterilizing and calibrating equipment
Laboratory maintenance: Cleaning, maintaining, and storing lab equipment and supplies
Laboratory testing: Processing samples, performing quality assurance, and gathering data from test subjects
Laboratory documentation: Recording results and activities, updating paperwork, and filing reports
Laboratory inventory: Maintaining an inventory and ordering supplies
Laboratory communication: Communicating with warehouse and distribution teams, and answering phone and email inquiries
Laboratory compliance: Complying with company policies and regulations
Laboratory research: Staying up-to-date with science and laboratory techniques
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biology or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of laboratory information systems and automated laboratory equipment.
A critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding analytical abilities.
