Description: Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss, hearing aids, and assistive listening devices. Perform hearing aid adjustments, programming, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Certification as a Hearing Aid Technician or similar qualification.
Experience working with hearing aids and related devices.
Strong technical skills and proficiency with hearing aid software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Knowledge of audiology principles and practices.
