Description: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Hearing Aid Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the quality of life for individuals experiencing hearing loss. As a Hearing Aid Technician, you will be responsible for assisting patients in selecting, fitting, and maintaining hearing aid devices, ensuring optimal performance and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with audiologists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive hearing care services. In this role, you will conduct initial consultations with patients to assess their hearing needs and preferences. You will perform hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and repairs, ensuring that each device is customized to the patients specific hearing profile. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on proper hearing aid usage, care, and maintenance, empowering them to manage their hearing health effectively. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build trust and rapport with patients of all ages. Attention to detail and technical proficiency are essential, as you will handle delicate hearing aid components and perform precise adjustments. You will also maintain accurate patient records, documenting all consultations, fittings, adjustments, and repairs in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Certification as a Hearing Aid Technician or similar qualification.
Experience working with hearing aids and related devices.
Strong technical skills and proficiency with hearing aid software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
