Description: We are looking for a Hearing Aid Technician to be responsible for evaluating, fitting, and dispensing hearing aids to individuals with hearing impairments. They play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their quality of life by addressing their hearing loss. The Hearing Aid Specialist works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and then provides customized solutions to enhance their hearing capabilities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise in audiology and hearing aid technology.

Hearing Aid Technician Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using various diagnostic tools and tests to determine the extent and nature of clients hearing loss.
-Recommend appropriate hearing aids based on clients hearing test results, lifestyle, and budget.
-Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and comfort for clients.
-Provide detailed instructions to clients on how to properly use and maintain their hearing aids.
-Perform regular follow-ups with clients to monitor their progress and address any concerns or issues with their hearing aids.
-Stay updated with advancements in hearing aid technology and industry trends to provide clients with the most effective and innovative solutions.

Requirements: An associates or bachelors degree in a field related to sound technologies.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in an audio management role.
Advanced knowledge of sound and recording equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good multi-tasking skills.
Excellent computer skills.
A strong ear for sound variants.
A technical aptitude.
