Description: Major duties include but are not limited to: Hearing aid troubleshooting and repair. Performing visual and auditory checks of hearing aids and hearing assistive technology -including all hearing aid accessories as well as alerting devices. Fabricating earmold impressions with proper (non-diagnostic) otoscopy.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Certification as a Hearing Aid Technician or similar qualification.
Experience working with hearing aids and related devices.
Strong technical skills and proficiency with hearing aid software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Knowledge of audiology principles and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair hearing aids.
