As an ENT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating diseases and disorders related to the ears, nose, and throat. Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct thorough examinations, including medical history and physical evaluations, to assess patients conditions and determine accurate diagnoses.

- Order and interpret medical tests, such as X-rays, blood work, and CT scans, to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for various ENT disorders, including prescribing medications, recommending lifestyle changes, and performing surgical procedures.

- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists, speech therapists, and oncologists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Otolaryngology through continuing education and research to improve treatments and patient outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients and ensure compliance with medical coding and billing regulations.

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of policies and protocols to enhance the quality of patient care.


Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Masters degree
Qualifications:


- A Medical Degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency program in Otolaryngology.

- Active and unrestricted state medical license.

- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to patients and colleagues.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care.
