- We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Dermatotherapist to join our growing healthcare team. In this position, you will perform examinations, diagnose patients, and establish treatment plans.
Dermatotherapist Responsibilities:
-Evaluate patient through questions, examinations, symptom review, and medical testing.
-Examine patient skin for abnormalities or malignancies
-Requests and performs biopsies, sample tissue collections, or other tests as needed.
-Analyze patient test results.
-Counsel and educate patients on hygiene, diet, and disease prevention.
-Perform cosmetic procedures such as liposuction, laser resurfacing, and microdermabrasion.
-Set patient goals and discuss treatment plan.
- Requirements
- Medical Degree with specialization in Dermatology.
Completion of a 3-year dermatology residency.
Attainment of a medical license.
Proficiency with dermatological tools such as comedone extractors, lancet extractors, and cryogens.
