- We are lookiing for a dermatology Assisantant to join our medical team.
Dermatology Assistant Responsibilities:
-Staffing check-in desk, patient reception/waiting room area, and patient check out
-Conducting initial patient interviews
-Assisting providers in exam rooms during consultations, assessments, and during medical and cosmetic procedures such as biopsies or other surgeries
-Documenting medical notes in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software as directed by provider
- Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
Previous experience in a dermatology setting is highly preferred but not mandatory. New graduates with a strong interest in dermatology are encouraged to apply.
Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
